All order are backed by our 14 day return policy. If your piece does not live up to your expectations, you have 14 days from delivery to send it back, unused and in original condition.
Items purchased through other retailers or resellers are subject to their own return policies.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:
- Item Condition: The item must be unworn, unused, and returned with original packaging and tags.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required.
- Return Window: Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
How to Start a Return
To begin a return, please follow these steps:
- Submit a Request: Use the Contact Form on our website and include your full name, email, order number, purchase date, the item you wish to return, and the reason for return.
- Receive Return Instructions: If approved, you will receive an email with confirmation and return instructions.
- Prepare the Package: Securely package the item in its original packaging or a sturdy box. Remove all old shipping labels and include any order paperwork inside the package.
Return Shipping
- You may use the shipping carrier of your choice.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect due to our mistake.
- We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe return delivery.
Note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email.
- Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days and issued back to the original payment method.
- Return shipping fees are non refundable.
- Refunds may take slightly longer during holidays or peak seasons.
Damages and Issues
Inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, contact us within 72 hours of delivery. Include your order number and a clear description of the issue. After we reach out to you, you are required to reply to our email with photos of the item and proof of receipt. Claims submitted outside this window or without the required photos and receipt may not be honored.
- Lost Packages: If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, check your tracking first. If it shows delivered but you did not receive it, contact your local carrier. While Skull Exile is not responsible for lost packages, we will assist with the claim process.
- Stolen Packages: If your package is marked delivered but is missing, check with neighbors or property management. If the package was stolen, we recommend filing a report with your local authorities or submitting a claim with the courier. Skull Exile is not responsible for stolen packages after delivery.
Note: All issues related to lost, stolen, or damaged orders must be reported within 72 hours of the delivery date for assistance.
