Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority, which is why we offer a 14-day return policy. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of receiving your order, provided it remains unused, in its original condition, and meets the eligibility criteria below.

If you purchased an item through an authorized Skull Exile retailer or reseller, please contact them directly regarding their return policies, as they may differ from ours.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Item Condition: The product must be unworn, unused, and returned with original packaging and tags intact.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required.

  • Return Window: All return requests must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  1. Submit a Request: Fill out the Contact Form on our website with your full name, email, order number, purchase date, item(s) for return, and reason for the return.

  2. Receive Return Instructions: If your return is approved, you’ll receive an email with confirmation and further instructions.

  3. Prepare Your Return: Securely pack the item in its original packaging or a sturdy box, ensuring all previous shipping labels are removed. Include the packing slip or any relevant paperwork inside the package.

Return Shipping

  • You may return your package through a shipping carrier of your choice.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was incorrect or arrived damaged due to our error (see “Damaged or Incorrect Items”).

  • We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.

Note: Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and credited back to the original payment method.

  • Any applicable return shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Refund processing times may take slightly longer during peak seasons or holidays.

Damages and Issues

We want every order to arrive in perfect condition. Please inspect your items immediately upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 72 hours of receiving your package. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of any defects or errors.

  • Lost Packages: If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, check your tracking information. If it’s marked as “delivered” but you haven’t received it, contact your local courier. While we are not responsible for lost shipments, we will assist in resolving the issue.

  • Stolen Packages: If your package is marked as delivered but is missing, check with neighbors or building management. If the package was stolen, we recommend filing a report with local authorities or submitting a claim with the delivery service. Unfortunately, Skull Exile is not responsible for stolen packages after delivery.

Note: Any issues related to lost, stolen, or damaged items must be reported within 72 hours of the delivery date for us to provide assistance.
